11 months of sports photography

Hi, my name is Sofiia. I’m a 21-year-old sports photographer. I started this journey in September 2024 — just me, my camera, and the sidelines, chasing moments. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with telling stories through images: capturing emotion, motion, and everything in between.

To me, a great photograph is more than a picture. It’s a story that took a lifetime to create, told in one shot.

It took me just 11 months to land my first full-time role as a photographer, and here’s what I created in those first 11 months.
